Phone Interview
A phone call to discuss your interest and suitability for the role with our Talent Acquisition Manager.

Task
Most Graduate positions will require candidates to complete a task, either prior or at an Assessment Day. Further information will be shared during the interview process.
- Stage 4
Assessment Day
Successful candidates will be invited to an Assessment Day, where they will have the opportunity to participate in a Group Task, AFME presentations & 1-on-1 interviews.

Offer
An offer will be extended soon after our Graduate Assessment Day
